If you are interested in booking then the steps are as follows :
1) Give us a call or email to detail your requirements and confirm availability. If all is agreed then we will take a provisional booking and hold the gite until your booking form arrives . . .
2) You fill in a Booking Form and send it to us with a deposit (or full cost if closer than 8 weeks to the start of the hol).
3) When we get the completed Booking Form the booking is confirmed and we send you a receipt.
4) Full payment is required 8 weeks before the date of arrival.
Important Notes :
1) Lettings are from Saturday (4:00 pm) to Saturday (10:00 am).
2) Prices are for the maximum occupancy shown in the table. In some cases (subject to room and availability) additional beds can be made available. There will be a charge of £50 per person per week (high season), £30 per person per week (out of high season) for extra occupants.
3) A cot/high chair/baby bath are available subject to booking and a charge of £15 per week.
4) Ordinarily we provide only the duvets and pillows - you will need to provide bed linen and towels. If you are fly-driving perhaps and space/weight are a problem then we can hire linen. The cost is £10 per single bed and £15 per double bed per week and includes duvet cover, bottom sheet, pillow cases and one bath towel per person. If you are staying 2 weeks then we would be grateful if you could strip the beds on the middle Saturday, and then re-make the beds when we swap the linen over. Sadly we don't provide tea towels or beach towels.
