For the larger group, or for those seeking a single private property, Le Moulin de Puits Marteau is a lovingly restored millhouse in the adjacent commune of Brie sous Mortagne. It is situated within its own private grounds of 7 acres and enjoys panoramic views of the Gironde estuary. There is a large (12m x 6m) heated swimming pool and excellent facilities for all the family.

Although the English owners are not resident all necessary maintenance and breakdown services have been organised to ensure you have a trouble-free holiday.
Brie sous Mortagne is the nearest village and is a pleasant walk away or a quick ride or drive. Here you will find a bread shop/patisserie, a bar, restaurant and small general store. In nearby Mortagne there are more restaurants and a selection of shops (butcher, co-op, pharmacy).

In addition to the weekly charges as above there is a fixed charge per booking of £100 to cover linen and cleaning. Additional (mid-stay) cleaning can be arranged for a small extra cost.
